Bella & Renesmee

Renesmee was born on September 11, 2006, and is the daughter of Bella and Edward Cullen. Bella and Renesmee have a strong relationship. Bella went through a lot delivering Renesmee. Renesmee is half vampire/half human hybrid. She is named for Bella's & Edward's mothers, Renee and Esme. Her middle name is Carlie, for Charlie & Carlisle, their fathers. Jacob Black gives Renesmee the nickname Nessie, which Bella doesn't like at first because it's like the Loch Ness Monster. There is a big confrontation between the Volturi and the Cullens as to whether Renesmee should stay with Bella & Edward, but she was allowed to live with her parents in the end.
